| At an average, around 400 patients are attended to by the outpatient clinic in a week. The Haemophilia Society of Angamaly has 650 registered cases of Haemophilia from all over Kerala. Orthopedic problems of these patients are dealt with in this department. Emergency and elective orthopaedic procedures are done in this department.
Arthoscopy (key hole surgery), spine surgery, all major trauma works etc are routinely undertaken, Apart from patients in the local areas, the number of patients coming from far away places like Calicut, Kasargode, palghat etc are on this increase.
